Job Description :

  • Must contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum.
  • Should have knowledge of basic Networking concepts such as OSI Layers/ TCP/IP protocal
  • Suite, & understanding of IP addressing and sub netting.
  • Must also have understanding of DNS, DHCP.
  • Should have good analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Should have ability to do multi tasking and should be a effective team player.
  • Should perform troubleshooting of routers and hubs and resolving technical queries for the international customers via phone
  • Should have excellent communication & basic MS PowerPoint skills.

Designation : Support Engineer

Qualification : B Tech/BE/MCA/M Sc

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : Freshers / Experienced.

Pay Scale : Rs 2 – 3 LPA
