Job Description:Infosys BPM freshers and experienced walkin drive in Bangalore for Customer Service Representative Position on 26th May 2018. Any Graduate, Post Graduate candidates are eligible for this walkin drive. More details regarding Infosys Walkin Drive is given below.

  • The Universal Agent is responsible for customers related queries.
  • Provide basic Customer service.
  • Universal Agent is also responsible for providing first class support for non-technical inquiries and escalations coming from business customers.
  • Freshers 2018 batch with no active backlogs are eligible.
  • Willing to work for International Voice Process.
  • Excellent communications skills (Written and spoken).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good PC skills.
  • Good customer convincing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Problem solving and working through ambiguous situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Willing to Work in 24/7 shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and resolve inbound customer support queries via a phone queue or web tickets.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries via inbound phone calls, emails or web chat.
  • Provide support on non-technical inquiries
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities for product development
  • Utilize other the customer service skills efficiently.
  • Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing customer support.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries for the various products and services .
  • Effectively articulate necessary customer and non-technical information to customers in a simple and concise manner.
  • Support tasks include interpreting contractual obligations, invoices, process adherence, customer migrations, and site administration functions.

Designation : Customer Service Representative (CSR) – International Voice Process

Qualification : Any Graduation, Post Graduation

Location : Banaglore

Experience : Freshers/Experienced (0 to 3 years)

Pay Scale : Rs. 50,000 – 2,50,000/- per annum

Age Limit : Candidate should be Minimum age 18 yrs Max age 35 yrs.

Selection Process : Selection Process will be based on interview
