Title – QA Engineer

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication (written & oral)
• Language proficient – Candidate should be able to cover below maximum languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali)
• Should have experience in a quality monitoring (calls, tickets, chats, etc)
• Should have an understanding about MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Presentation skills, Analytical & Problem solving skills
• Should be able to coach, train, share feedback with the team positively
• High confidence level & should be able to handle a stressful situation
• Understanding Client’s need & designing quality monitoring mechanism/process accordingly
• Should be driving calibration, designing RCA & mitigation plan for the errors identified
• Take Ownership, Result driven & should be ready to undertake new challenges
