Role Designation– technology lead

Responsibilities– • Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities.,• Good understanding of the technology and domain.,• Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal.,• Ensure continual knowledge management.,• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements– Ability to lead a team of 4-10 . Should have lead a team, worked as a technical lead owning the deliveries , providing technical solutions, coorinating with SAP for product issues etc. Should have lead a team of 4-10 in Technical Lead capactiy for atleast 1 project of Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout, AMS etc.,2. Excellent Technical skills in Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements etc.,3. Knowledge/Experience on atleast any of the niche skills ODATA, Workflow, Adobe Forms, Fiori, HANA checks/HANA Migration etc.,4. Well versed with Object Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP,5. Excellent knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Code inspector & other SAP standard tools wrt development,6. Proven examples of technical solutions, PoC, PoV etc. Any blogs, white paper etc. on SAP forums is a plus,Location of posting is driven by business requirements
